Mahonia

I saw this plant as I was walking out of the post office today. I had to take a picture. It fascinated me! It’s called Mahonia Aquifolium, Oregon Grape Holly. The berries are edible and have healing properties because of the Berberine content. It has been used historically for gastritis, candida overgrowth, urinary tract infections, immune stimulation and enhancement of spleen function.
